Our ground-floor condo offers easy access for seamless arrivals and departures. Our thoughtfully curated interior boasts a captivating blend of blues and plum hues. The cozy living area beckons you to unwind with a good book or enjoy a movie night after a day of exploration. Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy dining at our cozy dining room table or take your meals outside to our patio. The bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring a modern coastal-inspired chandelier and a comfortable bed that ensures a restful night’s sleep. Everything in the condo is brand new. There are two TV's in the condo, one in the living room that is 55 inches and one in the bedroom that is 43 inches. There is a Roku device that allows standard cable or log-in to your favorite streaming app. In the morning, help yourself to a hot cup of coffee or tea, creamer and sugar provided. There is a Burrow Shift Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a brand new queen bed in the bedroom. There are black out curtains throughout to ensure a good night's rest. The bathroom has all the essentials for your trip - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, make-up towels and a hair blower. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and detergent is supplied. There is a locked bike room on the same floor as the condo. Bring your own bikes or borrow one of our two cruiser bikes during your stay. We provide the locks, key fob for access to the room, bike baskets and pump. Just steps away from the condo is the renowned Tart Trail, the perfect starting point for outdoor enthusiasts. Close by you can stroll along the sandy shores of Lake Michigan, hike through towering sand dunes, or simply enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Downtown, you can explore charming downtown shops, indulge in locally-sourced cuisine at waterfront restaurants, or embark on a wine tasting adventure along the nearby Old Mission Peninsula. Please treat this home as it is your own home with care and respect. Please do not wear outside shoes inside the condo. Please make sure the door is locked and everything is turned off when leaving the condo. Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the condo. No eating or drinking in the bedroom area. No unregistered guests or overnight visitors allowed. Quiet time is from 10PM to 8AM. Please refrain from loud noises that could disturb other units in the building. We charge $125 for the cleaning fee. We provide access to two bikes for use during your stay in the locked bike room on the same floor as the condo or bring your own bikes and store in this room during your stay. You need a FOB to access the bike room which is on a bike key chain hanging up on a hook near the bathroom. Helmets are provided in the condo and strongly recommended for use when operating the bikes. Guests use bikes at their own risk. If this key chain/FOB gets lost during your stay, there will be a $50 replacement fee. Our pet fee is $125 per stay for up to two dogs. Please do not leave your dog(s) alone for any extended period of time. If you do leave the condo without them, please shut the bedroom door and bathroom door so they only have access to the main living/kitchen area. Please use the sofa bed cover provided for your dog(s) during your stay. Please wipe pets paws and body with pet towel only every time they come back to the condo. We provide black make-up towels for removing make-up. If our other towels and/or sheets are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a fee - see below for items and replacement fee: $20 for bath towel and beach towel $10 for hand towel $5 for washcloth $60 for duvet cover $50 for Queen sheet set $18 for Pillowcases

There is an elevator in the building that goes up to all floors. On the 4th floor is a large community room great for larger events or work meetings. There is a TV as well as a fireplace up there along with plenty of seating and dining capability. This condo is kid friendly and there is a pack n play and high chair in the unit. A baby bib is there along with kid friendly dishes, cups and utensils.This condo is Pet friendly up to two dogs. Pet fee is $125. Cleaning fee is $125
